Great location.. you can sleep in quiet as we are the only unit in complex, there is no one above you. Yet you can walk to restaurants/pubs/pool. Only a 2 minute drive to golfing and the beach.
Nice family unit with 2 separate bedrooms. We have repeat customers so don't wait to book your vacation time.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival, all but one night's rent will be refunded.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
