Take the Beeline westbound to I-4. Take I-4 westbound towards Tampa and then take exit 58 of I-4 to bring you right into Champions Gate. Tuscana Lane is located on right hand side just before the entrance to Champions Gate.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, all payments are forfeit. We recommend having travel insurance in case of unforseen cancellation.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
