    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash
    We are very flexible with regards to our cancellation policy as we want our guests to be 100% satisfied with their decision to stay with us.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
