    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
