Location
The kitchen is designed with gorgeous granite counter-tops. There are Spanish tile back-splashes all along the walls. This design contrasts nicely with all stainless steel kitchen appliances. There are a full range of utensils and tools in order to make gourmet meals, as well as delicacies and cocktails. There is a separate service quarter entrance from kitchen as well as a direct entrance into stairwell lobby. This was designed for service entrance.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has direct access to beachfront terrace, as well as, extensive Carribbean Sea views. There is a large remote controlled fan to accomodate the guests, as well as en-suite bathroom. The large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead right out to the private sunken jacuzzi.
Bedroom
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Guest Bedroom #2 is a unique room because it has a day bed and large sofa. This room can be utilized as a "lounge room" with its stunning views and nearly all floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The sofa has a pullout single mattress, and the sofa top itself can sleep another person. The daybed is also used a sleeping bed for a single person. In total the room can sleep 3 comfortably. The standard use is for 2 people.
Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Guest Room #3 has 2 full Beds that sleep 2 each for a total of 4 people in guest bedroom #3. The room has a ample closet space. A en-suite bathroom with dual access from living area. There are floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that go out to the rear terrace. This terrace overlooks the gorgeous Nichpute Lagoon and gorgeous sunsets. There is a small TV and DVD player also.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Guest Room #4 has 2 full beds that sleep 2 each for a total of 4 people in Guest Bedroom #4. The room has a ample closet space. A en-suite bathroom large walk-in closet. There are floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that go out to the rear terrace. This terrace overlooks the gorgeous Nichpute Lagoon and gorgeous sunsets. There are glass sliding doors that also look out to Ocean Views. This room is full of natural sunlight. Gorgeous.

Stunning and tranquil are the best words to describe this view. The outdoor area boasts a large patio overlooking the Caribbean Sea with a long spacious walkway and a built-in patio jet-tub. These views stretch far as the eye can see; the views are completely unobstructed. The views stretch from the Punta Cancun all the way down the coast heading south. The rear terrace has a full 180 degree view of the Nichupte Lagoon, the continuation of the Caribbean Sea, the downtown city lights, the lagoon homes and yachts, and of course the busy and energetic hotel zone party central.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union All Security Deposits are fully refundable upon departure. All additional luxury services can be arranged with house manager. All payments are direct. Owner of home soley provides living space and amenities within it. 55% of payments are due with signing of rental agreement. The final 45% + security deposit are due 45 days before check-in date. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
