Studio

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Foam Mattress (sleeps 1). This is well maintained and clean studio with separate entrance, hardwood floor, walk-in closet, clean bathroom and laundry room with a lot of storage spaces. Sofa bed is almost new and it has 7" Serta mattress for comfortable sleeping. Unit is on main level and it is attached to the house, hence it provides a very private environment. Owners are available and willing to help with any inquires. If you have a car we provide free private parking.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and hair dryer.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
