The suite is approximately 1,350 square feet and has a private ground level deck (approx. 600 sq. feet) over looking the pool and lake. For your comfort, the condo has great furnishings: granite counter tops, hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, media room and 4 LCD TVs.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
