The pool and spacious deck are perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks, welcoming you to a refreshing dip in your own private pool. There is also a community pool, tennis courts and children's play area for your use whilst staying at this villa. This villa offers all of the comforts of home, for your perfect Orlando Vacation.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: If not already supplied, $40-$50 weekly.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 daily.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $22 per day. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
