1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom with down duvet, hotel collection luxury linens. 27 inch LCD screen TV on wall.

Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Beds are 2 twins but are made up as a king bed. Please request your preference prior to your arrival.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Bedding will be provided upon request for the pull out sofa.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Mountain and city views. Tennis courts can be seen off the balcony.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of of $25/day will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
