This amazing home is situated in beautiful Metchosin on the ocean. Sit back and enjoy the sunsets and the wildlife right outside your door. There is a 19 x 50 salt water pool, guest house, huge deck area for your next event or just sit and relax to enjoy the view. You can rent the one bedroom guest house separately or together with the main house. The main house is 3,400sq.ft and the guest house is 750sq ft. The prices for events such as weddings etc will be negotiated depending on the size of the event. You will not be disappointed with this completely upscale chic home on the water.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Additional Information: The rates are based on a regular booking for non events such as weddings. The rate per night for weddings is $6900.00

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
