    A full balcony facing the ocean, including every bedroom providing an awesome view of the old town and the whole bay. Located in the traditional downtown of Puerto Vallarta, 3 blocks from the sea but high above it. Near Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral and near also to great restaurants on the hill for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Sunset time is speechless. Windy and fresh!!

    Perfect for couples who don´t need a swimming pool. Seniors citizens welcomed. Located in an apartment style building called Marina del Rey. Also, there is an area for breakfast or lunch on a terrace.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
