1 Queen Bed. This bedroom has massive folding glass doors that open up to nature and a view of the bay. The antique wood headboard accented by 2 massive wrought iron candle holders, original art, unique wrought iron nightstands with granite tops, wall accents and built in cabinetry give this room a masculine feel. A marble balcony flows outside this room. Sleep under the stars at night or close the room and enjoy the air conditioning.
1 Queen Bed. This bedroom has massive folding glass doors that open up to nature and a view of the bay. A custom made wrought iron headboard accented with wrought iron night stands with granite tops, wrought iron shelving and a traditional Mexican leather chair create a feel of old Mexico. Build in cabinetry and marble floors flowing to a balcony outside the bedroom give the feel of the outdoors inside. Sleep under the stars at night or close up the room and enjoy air conditioning.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). 2 King "bunk beds" make this a great 3rd bedroom for a couple or children. A unique wrought iron table with chairs, an entire rock wall and original artwork make this a great room for those extra guests.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. This leather hideabed is located in the main living area surrounded by luxury and lots of Mexican original art and decorator accents. There is a bathroom adjoining and the panoramic view is amazing.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
All the major living areas of the home have amazing ocean and city views throughout.
This architecturally designed home opens up to nature and amazing ocean and city views in all major living areas. High ceilings and marble floors flow throughout the home and onto decks the length of the home on both levels. Large glass folding doors open up the living areas on the 1st and 2nd levels to give the nature feel 24 hrs a day. The cool ocean breezes keep mosquitoes and flies naturally out of the living areas. The use of marble is carried into the bathrooms with a marble tub, showers and the master bath counter. Custom cabinetry made from Primavera or Parota exotic hardwoods is present throughout. Black granite kitchen counters and dining table add a stark, designer accent to the light cabinetry. Lots of Mexican accents, stained glass, blown glass and original art in bright primary colors decorate the home throughout. A small dipping/infinity pool/hot tub with fabulous views.

- The airport is a 20 minute drive.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are multiple great golf courses in the area. The closest is approximately a 20 minute drive.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The best shopping, dining, art, nightlife and cultural experiences are within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the home. All of the major nightclubs are minutes away as are the best restaurants in town. Your location is a short walk from just about everything important. You will appreciate walking through some of the earliest neighborhoods and experiencing a "non tourist" point of view. After visiting Vallarta for over 33 years we picked a choice location in the heart of the city with no long drives on scary roads to get places.
- There is an ocean view from all major living areas of the home. The walk to the Ocean is 4 blocks and less than 5 minutes. The Famous Malecon beach (The best in town) is minutes walk away. Los Muertos beach in Old Town is a 10 minute or less walk through the quaint cobblestone town where you will enjoy the best shopping, restaurants and culture of the town.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
If you use a credit card, no security deposit is required. Cash or other payment arrangements require a $500/refundable security/damage deposit.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
