A 30' long x 14' wide sparkling swimming pool. BBQ is upon request and a $40 per week fee is due to the rental management company.

Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many public golf course within less than 10 miles from the home.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a full service grocery store, gas (petrol) station, bank, take out pizza, hair salon, post office and more. The kids enjoy just walking down to the store and grabbing a treat. It's about a 15 minute walk.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
