    • Travel from Whistler to Vancouver International Airport is about two hours by vehicle.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are four championship, designer golf courses in the Whistler area and all of which have won several awards: - Big Sky Golf & Country Club - Chateau Whistler Golf Club - Nicklaus North Golf Club - Whistler Golf Club
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk to the ski lifts (main base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains) is less than five minutes from the Whistler Town Plaza. Simply walk down the European styled village stroll to the ski lifts.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are two grocery stores, two pharmacies and two liquor stores right in Whistler Village and within a five minute walk from Whistler Town Plaza. There is world class dining and shopping all along the village stroll. Once you are in the village you really do not need your vehicle at all....everything is within walking distance.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Be sure to checkout Lost Lake and many others such as Alta Lake in the summer for a nice relaxing day on the beach. Lost Lake is great for swimming and there are a lot of picnic tables and BBQ pits. Whistler area has some very nice beaches just minutes from the village by car or public transportation. Be sure to checkout Lost Lake during the summer.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card
    Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Balance payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. Refunds will be issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
