    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Payments by Paypal incur a 3.9% charge
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $15.00.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 (1 week minimum) per day. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
