Banff Springs and the Kananaskis Golf Courses are under a 1/2 hour drive from the condo. The unit is less than a 5 minute walk from downtown Canmore, which has several retail stores, restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
