    The view from the covered privacy-screened pool deck is of your own private fenced yard. Unlike most vacation homes where the pool is beside and visible to the neighbor’s pool, this house is on the largest lot in the area so the pool is completely private as part of a large fenced yard that’s dotted with palm trees. The fenced yard not only provides for a noise and visual buffer from neighboring houses but makes for a safe secure environment for children of all ages. Badminton and Volley Ball are included along with an extensive array of pool toys. And with the pool conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen, poolside dining is as easy as eating inside. Or cook on the gas BBQ.

    The carpeted Game Room features Billiards, Foosball, Darts, and PlayStation2! The Office/Reading Room is appointed with a state of the art Compaq computer and HP picture quality printer with media slots so that you can either print your pictures directly or print and email them via the computer. An assortment of baby equipment is included including a Play & Pack, Hi-Chairs, Stroller and various toys, games, books, etc. Indian Ridge Oaks is a very popular development located just 3 miles from Disney World. It is surrounded by a conservation area and has amenities to offer such as a community pool, tennis courts, park, and a kiddie playground. Golf, Racquetball, Fitness Centre, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Spring Training Baseball, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Boating, Waterskiing, Jet Skiing are nearby.

    If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
    Within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is due. In the event you cancel your reservation 8 or more weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of $150.00, 6 - 8 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 50%, 4 - 6 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 75%, 0 - 4 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 100%. Amendments to any reservation will incur an administration fee of $30.00.

    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
