Unit has a large balcony off the bedroom which offers a wonderful view of the Caribbean from you bedroom and terrace. The condo is in a building which is directly behind the Villas which are right on the beach. You are near our mini-mart which is in the same building ground floor, across from the laundry area and are steps to the pools, tennis court and beach.

    2 Double Beds. The Master Bedroom is a large bedroom with plenty of closet space. There is wall to wall closet as well as large wall unit both located in the bedroom. Remote controlled Air-conditioner in Master Bedroom. There is an Ocean View from the Master Bedroom with large terrace.
    Living Room
    1 Single/Twin Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. There is a day bed in the living room/dinning room area.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

    There is a spectacular view of the Caribbean from a large terrace which is accessible from the Master Bedroom. The terrace has a garden table and chairs.

    My deluxe 1BR condo suite is modern and fully air-conditioned. It has a fully equipped kitchen w/stovetop & microwave. Our bedding is of superior quality. Extra pillows, blankets are available upon request. The bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds and a remote controlled air-conditioner, TV (satellite), CD player/radio, alarm clock, cordless phone, and terrace w/oceanview and garden furniture (tables and chairs). You have spectacular sunrises which can be seen from your terrace and bedroom. There is also a Daybed in the Living Room/Dining Area. There is 24 hr. security and ample parking.There is a mini-mart/gift shop on the premises, and restaurants are near-by. The Housekeeper, will give you your keys and see that you are settled in your condo. Upon your arrival, waiting for you will be a continental breakfast (i.e. coffee, tea and croissants). Daily Maid Service is available for an additional cost of $15 per day, Your mid-week cleaning is included in your rental.

    • It is 20 - 30 minutes to the airport.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are several golf courses in Cancun. The closest is about 5 - 10 minutes away at the Hilton Golf Course (formerly know as Caesar Park). The Owner would be glad to provide you with more specifics.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a mini-mart/gift shop on the premises and restaurants are near-by. Buses and Taxi's are located in front of the complex and are VERY convenient. Buses will take you to various locations along the Hotel Zone and Downtown Cancun, including Walmart! Buses are inexpensive and easily accessible. The location is ideal because it places you on one of the best beaches in Cancun, while just 5 min. to the Hilton Golf Club (formerly known as Caesar's Golf Park)-10 min. to Kulkulcan Plaza -one of the finest shopping malls in Cancun. It hosts boutiques, fine restaurants; such as Ruth's Chris Steak House. It also includes a multi-plex movie theater, bowling alley, arcade, and beauty salon. We are only minutes away from "Parque Nizuc" a water slide park where you can swim with the dolphins. Our newest mall "La Isla" has opened and is only 11 min away. It is home to a giant underwater aquarium (worth checking out)!
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. You are located on the Caribbean side of the Hotel Zone. The complex is oceanside and your unit is only steps away from the Caribbean. The pool overlooks the ocean and there is a shower by the beach for your convenience. There are palapa's and beachchairs around the pool and on the beach. It is the finest stretch of beach in Cancun. The sand is white, always cool and fine. The water is turquoise and crystal clear. There are beach chairs and palapa's on the beach for your convenience.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
