    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Greater Victoria region is renowned for the number of championship golf courses in the area. Bear Mountain, Cordova Bay, Royal Colwood and the Municipal couse at Cedar Hill to name only a few.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The Mount Washington ski resort is located 3 hours away by car.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located in the township of Esquimalt, Saxe Point is adjacent to local shopping and dining amenities. A grocery store & 711, Salty's fish and chips, the Tudor House pub and Donair sandwiches are all close by.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. A small private tidal cove is located near the property. A two minute walk from the house, the cove has concrete steps down the the beach. The expansive ocean view is framed by distant snowcapped mountains. Watch the sailboats out the Strait. Seabirds come and go along the coast.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
