Arrival Day

Between December 22 and April 14 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.

Special Conditions

Reservations from Christmas week through the (2) Easter holiday weeks are accepted on a "Sat to Sat" weekly basis only. Reservations for the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons are accepted on an any day arrival/departure basis with no minimum stay.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Cancun's largest indoor mall "Plaza Kukulkan" is conveniently located just across the street from the entrance to the property.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
If you cancel with more than 45 days prior to travel dates, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD service charge.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
