Pristine Cancun Beachfront Condo With Private Beach
The condo has just about everything you will need. It has TVs (Satellite), DVDs in every room plus Hi Speed Internet access. The condo is 2500 sq ft with 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 2 doubles), 3 baths (walk in closets) and granite counter tops that sleeps 8. There is also a hot tub off the master suite. The kitchen has everything you need and the unit also has a washer and dryer. It is gated with parking. We put in a Vonage phone line which allows calls to and from the USA for no charge. The unit over looks an infinity pool and a beach that is about 200 ft. 30 bars and restaurants 2 blocks away.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
