Our property "Villas Marlin has recently been completely renovated since hurricane Wilma including three new ocean front pool areas. Between December 22 and April 13 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Special Conditions
Reservations from Christmas week through the (2) Easter holiday weeks are accepted on a "Saturday to Saturday" weekly basis only. Reservations for the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons are accepted on an any day arrival/departure basis with no minimum stay.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    If you cancel with more than 45 days prior to travel dates, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD service charge.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
