A luxurious Disney Villa
Our newly built villa is set at Tuscan hills only 10 minutes from Disney world 30 minutes from Orlando airport and 1 hour from Sanford int airport. The villa is in a gated community which hosts a clubhouse, gym, games room, Internet and much more. We are located approx 1.5 miles along the 27 off the 192. Highway 4 is approx 4 miles away along the 27. There is a large Wal-Mart less then 5 minutes from the villa and plenty of restaurants, shops etc nearby. The villa is alarmed and also has a safe. There is a large game room, PlayStation, books and cable TV, and the pool is south facing.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for £100 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
