Early 19th century farmhouse surrounded by meadows and woods in the hills near Belluno (400 m a.s.l). The house enjoys excellent peace and quiet and a pleasant view of the countryside. Equipped lawn. Parking. DISTANCES: 600 m from all kinds of shops, 5 km Belluno (swimming pool, tennis), 17 km the lake of S. Croce (wind surfing,canoeing,sailing possible), 30 km the park of Cansiglio (18-hole golf course), 60 km Asolo, 80 km Venice, 70 km Cortina d Ampezzo, the heart of the Dolomites ( Walking or mountain biking excursions are possible).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, washing machine), small study. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. The caretakers live in a wing of the house, where you can receive urgent telephone calls. Simple, well-kept furniture. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
