Elegant countryside house (250 m2) thought of and built by the owner, a noted artist of the Veneto region, who enriched every corner of the house by using marble and stones. Situated on a hillside in the Natural Park of Euganei, the house enjoys a panoramic position and excellent peace and quiet. Surrounding the house is a large private park (18,000 m2) with equipped lawn, fruit orchard and olive trees and wood grove bordering nature pathways. Inside the property there is a field area for golf training. 2 covered car spaces. Upon request the owner is available to accompany the guests in tours of the Riviera del Brenta villas and to hold sculpturing lessons (to be requested at the time of booking) in the annexe which is occasionally used. DISTANCES: 4 km Vò (all kinds of shops), 7 km Este, Arquà Petrarca and the Abano thermal baths, 20 km Padova, Vicenza and the Ville del Palladio, 60 km Venice. In a radius of just a few kilometres you will find golf and swimming pools. Ideal position for cultural and gastronomi outings in the small towns and the nearby cities.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
