Restored farmhouse created in a part of the property where the owners live, located in the countryside around the Euganean hills. It is surrounded by a cool and equipped (barbecue) garden. In the heart of a natural park, it is also surrounded by vineyards, cultivated fields and a forest. A road passes 100 m below the farmhouse. Covered parking. DISTANCES: 1.5 km from Baone (food shops), 5 km from Este, 30 km from Padua, 45 km from Vicenza and 65 km from Venice.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner (oven, washing machine) with fireplace. 1st fl. (stairway not suitable for small children): 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Simple furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
