The house is situated on a hillside in a panoramic position over the plain and the surrounding vineyards. A secondary road passes a short distance from the property. Large, fenced-in and equipped outdoor area with natural lawn and trees. Two pleasant loggias are accessible from the living room and from the kitchen and are ideal for outdoor dining.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
