House 30 seconds from the beach with a nice garden. 1 hour from Athens.

The house was built in 1998. It is beautifully decorated, able to accommodate 4-5 people. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, and 1 bathroom. There is one double bed and two singles. (A baby cradle can be provided). In the living room there are 2 sofas, a small table and a dining table. The house is fully equipped and furnished.
The front yard of the house is covered with a grapevine pergola. In the back yard there is a big garden (250 sq. m.) with grass, palm trees and banana trees. There is also a grapevine pergola and a table under, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or, dinner.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). Within the village you can enjoy good food in the local taverns as well as good cocktails in a couple of bars at late hours by the sea. If somebody fancies nightlife there are a lot of options within 5 km distance. For higher standard restaurants, bars and casino you just have to drive 20 minutes away.
• Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles.
• Nearby Attractions: The proximity to Athens and the international airport in combination with its location, has given the village an advantage for people who are interested in combining a relaxing time on the beach with daily excursions to interesting sites around. The Ancient Corinth is 15 minutes away, the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus is 70 minutes away, Olympia is 90 minutes away, Delphi is 2 hours away, Mycenae is 60 minutes away, Athens is 70 minutes away, Loutraki is 20 minutes away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 1:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30 .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
