Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Rental agreement is required to be signed and returned along with deposit to confirm payment to secure the booking. Payment may also be made by Visa or MasterCard at time of booking. We will be happy to hold the reservation for 10 days in order to accommodate the return of the rental agreement and initial deposit. Payment Schedule: 1 night's rent due immediately (non-refundable), 50% Balance due within 60 days of arrival, 50% or remaining balance due within 30 days of arrival.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
