View

View from the Master Bedroom's private balcony and the lower main floor living room and outdoor patio have a full out lake view and great place to watch 4th of July fireworks. The front of the unit overlooks the outdoor pool and lounge areas.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
