Open to Friday or Saturday arrivals only. Please note: The pool and hottub in Village on the Lake will be non-operational during the 2009 summer season. As a result we will be offering guests a $25/night discount, (for 2009 matches only). Please ask us about this special!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Payment in full is due upon arrival.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
