• Nearby Attractions: Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park 5 minutes walking distance and horseback riding, wine tasting and wake boarding lessons available right from the dock.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit Credit card payment is only available for bookings made during the summers. Email money transfers are available in the winter for last minute bookings instead of credit card payments.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
