1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Located on the upper floor, spacious room with french doors exposing a breathtaking view of Anarchist Mountain and surrounding area. Four poster bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and Goose feather comforter. Full private bathroom is attached.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). On the Upper floor, private bedroom with large sliding door to private outdoor belcony exposing views of the Osoyoos Lake, Vinyards and the Town of Osoyoos. Full private bathroon is also attached.

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
