    Distances
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are a choice of several golf courses in the area, all within a 10 to 20 min. drive
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Mount Baldy ski area is a 40 minute drive. Apex Alpine Resort a 65 minute drive.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are excellent restaurants within very short walking distances (less than 5 minutes) as well as fast food outlets and pubs nearby. There are a number of convenience shops within a short walk and major grocery and drug store outlets within a 5 minute drive.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The unit is on the end of a key on the lake. The pool decks are on the lake front and have stairs to the shore line. The key is excellent for canoeing or kayaking and opens into the larger part of the lake. There is no swimming in the bay, however it is only a short walk to the public beaches.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
