Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
$500 is due at time of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
