• Penticton Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. 2 hours drive from Kelowna International Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. 1 current golf course available with in 20 minutes. Several less than an hours drive in Kelowna, Penticton, and Summerland.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Close to Mount Baldy.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Main street just minutes up the road. Great little pub/restaurant a short walk away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This condo development was built on the lake front shores of Osoyoos Lake, one of the warmest Lakes in B.C. Although our unit does not have a view of the lake, this ground floor unit makes it easier to carry beach toys just steps to the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Upon acceptance please mail a cheque dated same day as match for the 20% and a post dated cheque for 30 days prior to your stay.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
