Osoyoos Brand New 2 Bedroom Air Conditioned Condo overlooking pool on the Lake
This lovely new (2006) condo on the lake has 2 bedrooms with bathroom in between. The master has queen bed and smaller bedroom has a double and single bunk bed. All bedding is provided including down comforters. Bathroom has full bath/shower, washer and dryer. Kitchen granite counter tops and eating bar. Wine cooler, microwave, stove and fridge. Living area with leather sofa couch and chairs and TV. Balcony includes fully gased in BBQ that overlooks the units swimming pool and hot tub. Walk across the street to your own private beach and dock or go for a stroll around the lake.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    Payment preference would be direct deposit to bank account or Western Union.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
