This townhome is half a block from private boat dock, private beach and outdoor pool & hot tub. The short walk to the beach and pool means you're close to the action but don't have to hear it! The games room, commons room and exercise room are fully equipped and also a short two minute walk from the front door. This brand new complex is quiet, family friendly, and includes all the latest appliances. We've furnished it to be comfortable and homey. We're sure you'll enjoy staying here!

There is a miniature railroad and site seeing all within a very convenient distance. In the summer Osoyoos is known for its wonderful fruit stands including peaches, apples, cherries, plums and vegetables of all kinds.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 (one pet maximum) will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of : Owner must be contacted for details..
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
