The main view from this villa is Osoyoos Lake. Looking straight across (west) is Haynes Point, a beautiful peninsula formed by Glacial melt thousands of years ago which is now used as a provincial park and bird/wildlife sanctuary. Our boat docks and designated swimming areas are also within the view to the west. Looking north, you can see the treed shoreline of the north end of the Lake. A look south will display to you the U.S. side of beautiful Osoyoos Lake, with no definitive line marking the divide, the villa is located approximately 10 minutes from the boarder both by water and land. To the east you can see the mountains and residential homes located higher up.

Property is a beach front property. Property is near a lake. A sand and rocks beach, gradual for a long distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. There is a private dock for 10 boat(s). Additional charge for moorage.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
