View
The main view from this villa is Osoyoos Lake. Looking straight across (west) is Haynes Point, a beautiful peninsula formed by Glacial melt thousands of years ago which is now used as a provincial park and bird/wildlife sanctuary. Our boat docks and designated swimming areas are also within the view to the west. Looking north, you can see the treed shoreline of the north end of the Lake. A look south will display to you the U.S. side of beautiful Osoyoos Lake, with no definitive line marking the divide, the villa is located approximately 10 minutes from the boarder both by water and land. To the east you can see the mountains and residential homes located higher up.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
