The complex features a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, (not yet completed), and a private fenced-in beach that has a grassy picnic area and sandy alcoves for your beach gatherings. Boat moorage is available, (at an additional charge), with boat launch nearby.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100.00 will apply. A fee of $25.00 per pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00 per cleaning.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
