Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom queen bed and with ensuite and private balcony looking over lake. Sleeps two adults comfortably.

Bedroom

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Has lots of light, closet and two small dressers. Three adults or three children can sleep here in comfort.

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Front bedroom has dresser, closet, end tables and mirror. Lots of light. Has a Double bed that can sleep two adults or two children and a set of bunk beds that sleeps two children. Easily accommodates the sleeping arrangements for a family of 4

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.

View from Master Bedroom's private balcony and the lower main floor patio full out lake view and great place to watch the United States 4th of July fireworks! The front of the unit you can see the pool and lounge deck.

• Nearby Attractions: Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park 5 minutes walking distance and horseback riding, wine tasting and wake boarding lessons available right from the dock.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Credit card payment is only available for bookings made during the summers. Email money transfers or cheques are available in the winter for last minute bookings instead of credit card payments.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
