Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25.00.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $100.00 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
