Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25.00.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $100.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
