The Marzalla farm has been run by the Cecchi family since 1600 and produces olive oil, wine, Vin santo and honey. The focal point of the 27 hectare estate is “Villa Guardatoia”, a 17th century villa which is a historically listed building due to its history and scenic landscape.Rural farmhouses have been restored to their original state and divided into comfortable apartments. The Marzalla Agriturismo complex contains a splendid 6 by 12 meter “ecological”swimming-pool, which is open from June 1st till September 30th.The excellent quality of his produce is the fruit of the professionalism and experience developed over the years by the Cecchi family.We will be more than happy to accompany you on a guided visit to our cantina (wine-cellar). You can also visit the coppaia, a cellar where the olive oil is stored in traditional, antique earthenware jars called "coppi". There’s a pond for fishing, a volleyball court, a football field, a shaded park for relaxing walks and mountain bikes too .

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
