Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The sight from the house is truly beautiful. The small villages of "Switzerland Pesciatina" can be seen.
Farm House completely restructured.
It is a house encircled by the nature and the city is only 10 minutes by car.

• 40 Kilometres from Pisa or Florence airports.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). In the near Montecatini Terme town there is a golf course (more then 10 minutes away).
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The truly important ski zone in ABETONE village is less than one hour by car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The city of Pescia is less than 8 kilometers.
• The famous beaches of Versilia (Viareggio-Forte dei Marmi etc.) can be reached from Pescia in 40/50 minutes by car or by train.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
