You will find that all four of our units are nicely appointed with quality products and furnishings many of these items are one of a kind. You will also find the units to be extremely clean. We have radiant heated floors that will tempt you to walk barefooted. You will find that we have not missed much on the level of hospitality that we offer from homemade jam in the refrigerator to Nancy's complimentary Orange Wine.

    • Studio is set up with a wet-bar, microwave, toaster, small fridge under counter, coffee maker and dishes etc. You also get complimentary French "Orange Wine" and homemade gourmet cookies upon your arrival plus L'Auberge sweet breads for your self-catering breakfast. In the refrigerator is L'Auberge jam and a bottle of Vin Mousseaux, cereal, and granola.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (sleeps 1). ;Studio Suite has a queen size bed for two. Matching Laurel Ashley towels in closet. Can also add single bed in addition in this room, regular single bed bedroom is handicap accessible. Studio suite has self-catering kitchen nook with bar sink, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and dishes. Your night stay comes with homemade breakfast sweetbreads, L'Auberge Jam, Nancy's Chocolate Bonbons, Orange wine and Gourmet Cookies made that day!

    Property is hidden away on a secluded wooded 5 acres. Lots of trees in a tall forest filled with Pines, Firs and Cedars along with fruit trees, flower garden and strawberry patch. We are basically in the center of the forest with a tree buffer all around us.

    The washer and dryer is available for the exclusive use of our guest, located directly outside of the apartment in the garage. Children under 3 stay free, complimentary bottle of Vin Mousseaux on arrival. There are 12 foot ceilings throughout with a two tone color theme. Dog kennel available on property at no charge. Large four person hydro-massage tub in bathroom -- bathroom is shared with one other unit, but only if both units are rented at the same time. In other words, we will not rent out the other unit if they are not part of your family or group.

Ten minute walk to a transit bus stop and five minute drive to shopping mall where you'll find a video store, Safeway Supermarket, Dry Cleaners, Bank of America, and take out Pizza store. Close to the Woodinville Wineries and Red Hook Brewery, Tolt Pipe Line Nature Trail and Sammish River walking/bike trail. The drive to 'downtown' Seattle takes about 25 minutes; except at the rush hour times, when it takes about 60 minutes. This property is in Woodinville.

    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
