This home is classic Bahamas with open beam cathedral ceilings, air conditioning and paddle fans in every room. Graced by a bougainvillea-draped pergola, the large back deck offers gorgeous water views of turquoise water and distant islands. It's perfect for dining, sunbathing, reading, stargazing or just plain lying around. The luscious landscaping provides privacy and fragrance.
Unit 15302 is within thirty feet, on the same property but neither unit can be seen from the other.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Treasure Cay Golf Club, an 18 hole Championship course is about a 30 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Rental cars are available nearby, as are rental bicycles and rental boats. Dining and shops in Marsh Harbour are about a 30 minute walk. Most guests rent a vehicle or a boat so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. Marsh Harbour boasts a wonderful selection of restaurants offering casual Bahamian cooking, elegant dining, ribs and steaks cooked on open pit drums to the soft sound of island music. Find a place overlooking the water with big island drinks and great island bar food or pizza.
• There is a dock. This unit is right on the water. Some of the best snorkeling in the world here and fabulous scuba diving sites and, if you are a fisherman, the Abacos can offer great deep sea, bone and reef fishing. Beach is a sand terrace with steps carved in the coral rock down into the sea for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a seaside saltwater sunpool on the beach at the edge of the sea.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
