Classic Bahamas style cottage with open beam cathedral ceiling with paddle fans, air conditioning and large sliding glass doors allow for tropical breezes. Large screened porch/living room and deck. Unit is located in a private gated setting directly on the dock for a true "on the water" living experience.
Unit 15300 is within thirty feet, on the same property but neither unit can be seen, nor heard, from the other.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Treasure Cay Golf Club, an 18 hole Championship course is about a 30 minute drive.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Rental cars are available nearby, as are rental bicycles and rental boats. Dining and shops in Marsh Harbour are about a 30 minute walk. Most guests rent a vehicle or a boat so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. Marsh Harbour boasts a wonderful selection of restaurants offering casual Bahamian cooking, elegant dining, ribs and steaks cooked on open pit drums to the soft sound of island music. Find a place overlooking the water with big island drinks and great island bar food or pizza.
- Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This unit is right on the water. Some of the best snorkeling in the world here and fabulous scuba diving sites and, if you are a fisherman, the Abacos can offer great deep sea, bone and reef fishing. Beach is a sand terrace with steps carved in the coral rock down into the sea for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a seaside saltwater sunpool on the beach at the edge of the sea.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
- Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
