Imagine opening the drapes from the great room and looking at the commanding view of the Sea of Abaco. On your left you can see the marina next door with all the yachts and sailboats. Below you is the resort's private beach area just perfect to sit under a palm tree and read, or sit on the deck and suntan. You can even see across the sea, to the lighthouse at Elbow Cay; it's visible at night from the unit!

More Information

What you should bring to enjoy your trip? Sunscreen, bathing suits, clothing (Dress on Abaco is casual, wear what you like!), hats, surf boots. Mask, fins, snorkel (or rent them at the office when you check in or at the two local dive shops). Playing cards or games. Books (also available is a book exchange in the office). Credit card holder for out on the ocean (make sure it's waterproof!). Camera, sunglasses, minnow net and sand toys for adults and kids alike! Running shoes for walking, tennis (raquets available at the office; if you're an avid player, bring your own). Most of all, bring your desire to have a peaceful, fun-filled vacation!

Distances

It takes 10 minutes by taxi from the airport to the resort.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Two golf courses on the island. A vehicle is required to drive to either. Treasure Cay Golf Club is closest (about 30 minutes) . Adequate parking provided adjacent to pro shop. Drive west from Marsh Harbour on main (only) highway for 25 minutes. Turn right at sign to Treasure Cay. Golf course is on right about one mile. You will see a sign and some of the greens.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Nearest shopping and dining are all available in a very short 3 minute walk. This will take you the the main street of Marsh Harbour, where there are restaurants and shops, numerous grocery stores, bakery, internet access, coffee shop, liquor stores, dining, and variety of shopping available. There is a small grocery store right at the end of the drive for the resort as well.
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Resort is on the ocean, Unit overlooks the ocean. There is a Dramatic view of the Sea of Abaco. From the condo, you are a one minute walk to the oceanfront, where you can find sun, shade if you'd rather, sand to play in, and great snorkelling right there! Come visit the parrotfish, or the blue tangs! There are some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving sites in the world here! The Abacos has great deep sea, bone and reef fishing as well.

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
