1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Main bed is a four-poster with curtains. There is an additional single bed here. Above the Master Bedroom area (over the balconies) are two bedrooms for children with an inter-connecting walkway. 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This is the first of the third level bedrooms (over the back balcony). 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This is the second of the third level bedrooms (over the front balcony).

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

The views are spectacular and varied. From the front of the lodge looking north, NE and NW there is a view of the Batur caldera lake and Batur volcano on the other side of the lake. From the back of the lodge, looking south, there is a view of nearby forest covered Gunung Abang (Abang Mountain) which is an extinct volcano on the rim of the caldera rising to 2,300 m. From the west side of the lodge there are views of the western end of the caldera, and from the east side of the lodge there are views of the eastern caldera rims (it is a double caldera) and eastern end of the lake with forest and hills/mountains. Also, from the balconies, there are views into the upper levels of the mature trees close to the lodge - and many butterflies and birds.

• Denpasar International Airport is within a 120 minute(s) drive. Denpasar International Airport is approximately two hours by taxi, car or motorbike.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. There are at least four courses on the Island. The closest and coolest is Bali Handara Kosaido Golf Club in the mountains to the West of Gunung Batur volcano at an altitude of 1100+ meters.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Excellent hot meals can be bought in the lodge; there is also a local Warung restaurant across the road and more expensive restaurants 20 minutes by road. There are many small shops in the villages here; larger shops/supermarkets and restaurants are situated in Ubud and Denpasar: 1 - 2 hours by road.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. The drive to the nearest ocean is approximately two hours. The beach is a lake beach and the lake is clean fresh water. Fishing from the shore and also fishing and sight-seeing from boats which include dug-out canoes, catamaran canoe and motor boats or various sizes. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Powerboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Temple music (gamalan) and dancing. Good trekking.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Money for any extra services required such as laundry and meals will be payed directly to the manager. In special cases, full rental payment can be made directly to the Manager on arrival (can be Indonesian Rupiah, US dollars, Euros, or UK pounds).

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
